• No weekends

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and technicians. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
• Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance in easy-to-understand terms
• Translate customer concerns into detailed, accurate work orders for technicians
• Prepare cost estimates and obtain customer authorization before proceeding with repairs
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
• Order necessary parts and monitor their delivery status
• Utilize shop management software, email, and fax systems effectively
• Upsell services when appropriate while maintaining honesty and integrity
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure or stressful situations with professionalism
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Basic proficiency with computers and office software
• Experience in automotive service advising or a related field preferred
