• Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, and refinishing
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify damage and determine repair needs
• Prep, sand, mask, and paint vehicles to OEM-quality standards
• Work with estimators to ensure accurate repair plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

• Previous autobody repair experience preferred (but willing to consider strong entry-level candidates)
• Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to perform high‑quality work with attention to detail
• Experience with welding, painting, or frame repair is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
