Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations, profitability, and guest experience of the arcade. This role leads and develops staff, manages budgets, maintains equipment, and ensures a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all games, equipment, and attractions are properly functioning and maintained
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for equipment repairs and servicing
• Monitor inventory for prizes, food and beverage items, and supplies
• Enforce all safety, health, and cleanliness standards
• oversee all daily operations of the arcade including opening and closing procedures

Guest Experience

• Ensure every guest receives a welcoming and enjoyable experience
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Develop and implement promotions, events, and birthday party packages
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media feedback

Marketing and Community

• Assist in executing local marketing initiatives and social media content
• Build relationships with schools, organizations, and community groups
• Coordinate group events, field trips, and private parties

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• 2 or more years of management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting
• Food service experience a plus
