Job Description:

Provide pre- and post-sales support to front line sales by preparing and executing assessments
Install AMCS remotely and onsite for customers
Team with Imaging Onboarding Specialist and Network Analyst to ensure all new customers and devices are reporting accurately
Provide assistance in the ongoing maintenance of the AMCS server at PERRY proTECH
Perform AMCS upgrades remotely for customer installations
Verify meters are exporting to PERRY proTECH’s ERP system
Troubleshoot “stale” accounts or device issues
Aid in the retrieval of missing meters
Assist Billing Department with meter requests
Work closely with software vendor to maintain support for bug fixes and latest updates

Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
Minimum of associate’s degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience
Knowledge and experience with the following communication protocols
TCIP/SNMP, DHCP and Firewall Technologies
Remote Desktop Connection Experience
Knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems
User Administration Services
Field Engineer FE grade 3
