About the Role We're hiring an Aggregate Loader Operator to safely operate loaders and other heavy equipment while supporting daily quarry operations and production activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with equipment, staying active, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. This is a full-time position based in Bluffton, Ohio. What You'll Do: • Operate a loader to continuously load and feed the primary crusher • Perform load-and-carry operations as part of the production process • Operate additional equipment such as skid steers, haul trucks, and other quarry equipment as needed • Perform preventative maintenance and daily equipment inspections • Follow all safety procedures and MSHA regulations • Support overall quarry operations and production goals • Maintain regular in-person attendance • Perform additional duties as assigned • Physical Requirements • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to safely access and navigate the quarry and surrounding work areas • Ability to safely climb and descend ladders • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and physical conditions • Willingness to work outside normal business hours as operational needs require What You Bring: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience operating heavy equipment required • Mechanical aptitude preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Dependability and commitment to working safely What We Offer: • Company-paid or discounted YMCA membership • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Employer contribution to Health Savings Account with enrollment in a High Deductible Health Plan • Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans with employer match • Company-paid life insurance policy • Paid Time Off (Personal, Holiday, Bereavement) If you're ready to operate equipment, work in a fast-paced quarry environment, and build your career with a company that values safety and teamwork, we encourage you to apply!
