Job Description:
Wage: Begins at $30 and goes up with experience but is determined by the hiring manager at an interview.   Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nursing Responsibilities include:

• Implementing a resident plan of care.

• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations

• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary

• Consulting with and validating data

• Recording pertinent information in the patient record

• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments

• Communicating resident’s care needs to others involved in the care

• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development

  Requirements of RN/LPNs:

• Nursing License required
