½ c Honeycrisp apple, diced
½ c granny Smith apple, diced
1 lb cream cheese, room temperature
1 ½ c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ½ tsp maple syrup
1 ½ cups pecans, toasted and chopped
Combine first 5 ingredients together and form into a ball. Roll into the toasted peans and refrigerate 30 min before serving.
Serve with butter crackers
