Job Description:

• Prepare vehicles and parts for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface repair
• Mix and match paint colors to OEM specifications
• Apply paint using spray guns and other professional equipment
• Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and management to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto body painting experience preferred (but willing to consider strong entry-level candidates)
• Strong understanding of paint systems, prep work, and refinishing techniques
• Ability to operate spray guns, sanding tools, and related equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
