Job Description:
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to front line sales by preparing and executing assessments
  • Install AMCS remotely and onsite for customers
  • Team with Imaging Onboarding Specialist and Network Analyst to ensure all new customers and devices are reporting accurately
  • Provide assistance in the ongoing maintenance of the AMCS server at PERRY proTECH
  • Perform AMCS upgrades remotely for customer installations
  • Verify meters are exporting to PERRY proTECH’s ERP system
  • Troubleshoot “stale” accounts or device issues
  • Aid in the retrieval of missing meters
  • Assist Billing Department with meter requests
  • Work closely with software vendor to maintain support for bug fixes and latest updates

  • Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
  • Minimum of associate’s degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience
  • Knowledge and experience with the following communication protocols
  • TCIP/SNMP, DHCP and Firewall Technologies
  • Remote Desktop Connection Experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems
  • User Administration Services
  • Field Engineer FE grade 3
