Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist/Nail Tach  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair care techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.

• Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Offer additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools by following proper sanitation protocols.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to clients during appointments to enhance their overall experience.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and client loyalty.
• Nail Tech
• • Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
  • Apply eyelash extensions and provide makeup application services as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
  • Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for home use.
  • Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the best colors and designs for their nails.
  • Engage in retail sales by promoting salon products to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Mentor junior staff members and assist in training new technicians as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including barbering and advanced coloring methods.
• Experience in retail sales, with the ability to effectively promote products and services.
• Knowledge of nail care practices is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform hair threading and eyelash extension applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon environment.
• Nail Tech
• • Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology.
  • Experience with eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
  • Knowledge of retail math to assist with product sales and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with straight razor techniques is a plus.
  • Understanding of color theory to enhance nail design choices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
