Position Overview: Are you passionate about learning the ins and outs of hydraulic maintenance and equipment reliability? Join our team as an Apprentice Field Technician and embark on an exciting journey traveling with our Field Services Team. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience conducting on-site repair, installation, and maintenance of customer equipment, all while learning the technical expertise and problem-solving skills necessary for a successful career as a Maintenance & Reliability Professional Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics of hydraulic systems to identify issues and potential failures.
• Perform installations, tube bending, hose plumbing, and maintenance of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, greasing systems, and lubrication routes.
• Participate in dismantling and reassembling of hydraulic components.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue certifications from esteemed organizations like the International Fluid Power Society and the International Council for Machinery Lubrication.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• A keen interest in hydraulic systems, machinery lubrication, and asset reliability.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a tenacious attitude towards finding and executing solutions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel to customer jobsites, get hands dirty and work in challenging environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or related experience is a plus.
