  • Work with Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer, PSM Coordinator, Mechanical Integrity Engineer, Inspection Specialist, Engineers, and HSE Manager to help ensure plant stays in compliance with OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management
  • Record keeping and reporting for Inspection Leading and Lagging Indicators
  • Assist with PSM and other related audits, both internal and external
  • Assist with overall recordkeeping and documentation for inspection and Engineering Plant Record files
  • Administration and data entry of fixed equipment inspection database (Mechanical Integrity), including PSV data base, piping, CMMS, tanks, and vessels
  • Assist in compliance management with all mechanical codes, standards, regulations and industry best practices (ASME, API, ANSI, OSHA)
  • Performs inspections of field equipment and assists inspection specialists with other inspections
  • Responsible for ensuring that inspection team procedures are reviewed and kept up to date
  • Assist inspectors in scheduling of 3 month look-ahead provisions to maintain compliance with ARI standards
  • Supports Positive Material Identification (PMI) program
  • Assists with planning and coordination of inspection work activities associated with outages, special projects, etc.
  • Participates and fully supports GOOSE process and other safety programs
  • Review Capital project completion documents, schedule MC walkdowns, and manage project punch lists
  • Track/review/approve welding checklists
  • Flange management program; track, log, and distribute flange car seals; and review torque sheets
  • Manage, update, and track review dates for Engineering Specifications
  • Support EDDMS and PCMS document control and management
What you will bring:
  • ​​​​High School diploma or equivalent, 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Associate Degree in technical discipline preferred
  • Background in welding/welding processes preferred
  • CWI and/or API inspection certification is preferred not required                                                                                   
  • Previous knowledge/understanding of NH3/Urea and metallurgy used is a plus
