Job Description:
Welders Job Responsibilities:

• The ability to read blueprints Layout
• Fit and assemble metal components
• Generate welds in the flat and horizontal position. ( A welding test will be part of the selection process)
• Proficiency in the areas of stick, MIG, and flux cored welding processes is desirable.
• Other duties include assembly operations, CNC plate burning, burn and bevel operation, material handling and miscellaneous equipment operation (saws, drills, shears and brakes).

Qualifications:
Welders Job Qualifications:

• High school Graduate or GED Hobart, JVS or other technical school graduate desirable
• Class II Certified AWS welder is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work in collaboration with others
• Must be able to work an off shift
• Must be willing to start as a contract employee and transition to full time employment at a later date.
