Job Description:
B.C. Housing is now hiring General Contractors that are skilled in various areas of construction and basic maintenance repairs.   Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize a wide range of construction knowledge to perform various tasks
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors on a daily basis
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and pressured air equipment correctly and efficiently
• Installing rough door and window frames, subflooring, fixtures, or temporary supports in structures undergoing construction or repair
• Installing structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware using carpenters' hand or power tools
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Perform siding installation and more

Qualifications:
Experience: 

• Carpentry knowledge is preferred
• General construction experience is preferred
• Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC knowledge is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience Pay is based on experience. Having your own tools is preferred but not necessary.   Benefits: B.C. Housing offers health insurance and a 3% IRA match.   To Apply: Email resume to [email protected] with “General Contractor” in the subject line.
