Let’s unpack: In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all the aquatic facility members and guests. You Will:
- Monitor patrons using the facility.
- Enforce and explain rules of the facility as necessary.
- Coordinate and lead a variety of HealthFitness and program-specific health improvement programs & promotions.
- Respond appropriately to any emergency situation.
- Perform chemical testing and document results for five bodies of water four times a day.
- Attend all required staff meetings and training.
Qualifications:
- Lifeguard certification from American Red Cross required and must successfully complete Wellness Center Lifeguard Swim and Rescue Test.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
