Please note: the following are examples of UNACCEPTABLE items for school:

● Holes, rips, tears, frays, or patches.

● Hats, bandanas, head scarves, sweatbands, curlers, or the hood up on a sweatshirt or jacket. ● Tank tops, fishnet shirts, bare midriffs, or halter tops.

● Leggings, jeggings, etc.

● Bare feet, flip flops, slippers, crocs, Hey Dudes, or slides.

● Wallet chains and fobs hanging loose.

● Writing on patches and clothing which promote drugs/alcohol, contain suggestive dual meanings, or contain vulgar slogans/language.

● Coats and outside jackets, both long and short, are to be kept in a locker.

● Pants and jeans are not to be worn below the hips, must have a belt or cord if sagging.

● Any gang related symbols, writing, or colors.

All first-year students will receive one long-sleeve program Tshirt and one short sleeve Apollo Tshirt the first week of school.
There are no refunds or exchanges. We cannot make exceptions.
If your student is in their second choice, it is recommended that you wait closer to the deadline to order uniforms to see if they will get their first choice, because there are no refunds or exchanges.
There is an accurate sizing chart with each online store
There are no samples to try on at Apollo or Cappie’s.
Please be aware that there are shipping/manufacturing delays due to many factors which may affect stock and/or cause delays.
Troubleshooting – Use Chrome for the best interface. If you are still having trouble, try a desktop instead of your phone.

Uniform Order Deadlines and Deliveries (All orders are delivered to Apollo and distributed to the students)

Apollo Career Center requires all students to be in uniform every day. Students accepted prior to the first day of school are expected to be in uniform by September 16th, (order deadline is August 16). Students accepted within the first two weeks of school must be in uniform by October 1st (Order deadline is September 6).

Students who are not in uniform by these deadlines may be sent home or have daily grade reductions. If your student may switch to another program (second choice to first choice, if there is an opening) please wait until closer to the deadline to order because there will be no returns or exchanges.

Uniform Ordering Deadlines:

Students accepted prior to the first day of school – Deadline to order uniform is 8/16

Students accepted within first 2 weeks of school – Deadline to order uniform is 9/6

Order/Delivery:

Uniform Orders placed 6/13-7/21 – delivered to school by 8/19 (Open House)

Uniform Orders placed 7/22-8/16 – delivered to school 9/13

Uniform Orders placed 8/17-9/6 – delivered to school 9/27

Orders placed throughout school year: (Note**there may be back ordered items that will be delivered as soon as they arrive and are decorated**)

Uniform Orders placed 1st-15th of month – delivered to school by 30th

Uniform Orders placed 16th-30th of month – delivered to school by 15th of next month
