Job Description:
B.C. Housing is now hiring Skilled Carpenters that are skilled in interior and exterior remodeling, and basic maintenance repairs.   Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installing and finishing drywall
• Finishing surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses or buildings using paint, hand tools, or paneling
• Building or repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other interior wooden fixtures using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools
• Communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors on a daily basis
• Have a working knowledge of Carpentry practices
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and pressured air equipment correctly and efficiently
• Installing rough door and window frames, subflooring, fixtures, or temporary supports in structures undergoing construction or repair using carpenters' hand or power tools
• Perform siding installation and more

Qualifications:
Experience: 

• Carpentry knowledge is required
• General construction experience is preferred
