Training program for applicants who desire to start a career with Menards by becoming a Department Manager
*Retail experience required *Sales Driven                                  *Positive Attitude *Customer Focused                        *Ready to Train and Lead *Self Motivated                                *Open Availability *Great Communicator *Able to Multi-task 13 week fast track training program where applicants learn the duties of multiple departments in the store. The idea behind the training program is to train in one store and promote to another store upon completion of the training program having obtained a Department, including Assistant, Management position. After completion, pay increase depending on Department position. Applicant's will shadow current Department Managers and their schedules to learn the ins and outs of multiple departments.
