Job Description:
Performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building and grounds maintenance activities for the Allen Metropolitan Housing Authority. Performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building maintenance activities in order to ensure the upkeep of agency property. Performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled grounds maintenance activities in order to ensure the upkeep of agency property. Inspects housing units in order to determine maintenance work to be completed. Maintains an inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment on assigned vehicle and ensures such is properly stored and secured. Demonstrated regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications:
Completion of secondary education (high school or GED), plus two (2) or more years experience in the skilled maintenance of building and grounds, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid State of Ohio driver's license; must maintain insurability in accordance with agency policy; must possess or obtain certification from EPA in lead based paint safe work habits within one (1) year after employment.
