  Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current, unencumbered licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Ohio.
• CPR/First Aid (May be acquired upon hire)

  Shift Type: Full-time; First or Third   Hours: 36-40 hours per week   Start/End Times: 6:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. OR 6:00 P.M.-6:00 A.M.   Workdays:  Sunday-Saturday   Salary: $49,920-$58,240 per year   To Apply: Submit resume to [email protected] with “LR- LPN/RN” in the subject line.
