Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
• Work closely with office managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Balance vendor statements to invoices for payment by due date for timely processing
• Researches and resolves staff and vendor payable inquires, staff and vendor payment requests and vendor past due statements for payables
• Assists with month end processes
• Provides back-up for other Accounting staff members when deeded

 

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
• Experience working with accounting software is preferred
• Ability to maintain good internal and external customer relations at all times
• Strong computer software sills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and finish tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
