Ingredients:
1 lb sausage
1½ oz pork gravy mix
1 c cheddar cheese shredded
6 eggs
½ c milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 can (8oz) biscuits
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a 9×13 pan.
Take and line the bottom of the pan with 1″ size biscuit pieces.
Brown the sausage and scatter over biscuits.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper pour over the pan.
Make gravy mix and pour over.
Bake in oven for about 30-45 minutes.
