Child Care Teacher/Director Family Child Care Provider
During the early childhood years, birth through age 5, every moment is an opportunity for children to learn more about the world around them, to develop social skills, and to gain critical thinking skills and knowledge.
This course will prepare you to become a childcare teacher, daycare provider, pre-school teacher or director.
You will also prepare for the CDA (Child Development Associate Credential).
Coursework includes a wide variety of topics including:

CPR is available through the Public Safety department.
Information and documentation of fieldwork hours provided for the "Child Development Associate" (CDA) credential.
How do I apply?
Print the application form to the left or pick one up at our Adult Resource Center. Fill it out completely and turn in with a minimum of $300 to start class.
Requirements: 18 yrs of age, high school diploma or equivalent, and FBI/BCI background check.
