Commercial Food Operations / Hospitality

Hospitality Industry gets students working with food almost immediately. During the first year of theprogram students are trained in food preparation, including the use of various tools, equipment and safety methods. Students will also learn how to manage a counter and how to interact with customers.

The senior year transitions into allowing students to expand their skill set by training in the community at various local businesses such as hotels, hospitals, grocery stores and nursing homes. Overall, students will gain from their studies with the necessary employability skils ready to tackle the hospitality industry and the many opportunities available.
